We sell in our shop all the things we've made, repaired, refurbished and put on our shelves

We specialise in:
- Refurbished electrical items - food mixers, DIY tools, vacuum cleaners, garden tools etc
- Wooden items made from reclaimed wood - bird boxes, hedgehog houses, chopping boards etc.
- Bespoke woodwork - discuss your ideas with us, and we will give you a quote for handcrafted items made from reclaimed wood to your specification
- Bicycles - refurbished and checked by our experienced volunteers
- Hand tools for DIY and garden, some of which we have no idea what they do!
If you prefer not to buy, you can also rent things from our Library of Things

Donate things
Please bring us your used items so we can give them a second life!
We'd love your old electrical items*, hand tools or garden tools if they're in reasonable condition - even if we need to fix them up a bit
If you have a bike you're not using or grown out of, let us refurbish it for someone else
If you have an old laptop, tablet or smartphone, we can work with our friends in GOO (Getting Oxfordshire Online) to do it up for a family in need
We can recycle printer cartridges, candles, household batteries*, mobile phones, spectacles and cables
*sorry there are some things we can't accept, including printers, monitors, TVs, and lithium batteries
Repair things
Bring broken items into the shop for investigation and hopefully repair by our skilled volunteers. We specialise in electrical, woodwork and bike repairs
There is a £5 charge to investigate the fault, which also covers a simple repair. For more complex repairs we will get in touch and agree the way forward with you
In addition our regular Repair Cafés allow you to watch, and chat to, your repairer while you enjoy refreshments

Volunteer with us
We are volunteers cutting waste by repairing, reusing and reselling
We love old bicycles, electrical items, tools and computers, and we try to give them a second life
We salvage old wood and make new things like bird boxes and hedgehog houses
We share skills, and we share equipment through our Library of Things
We hate waste and try to keep things out of landfill by reconditioning, repurposing, reusing, repairing or, as a last resort, recycling

Our woodwork and electrical workshops are at The Stables, Garth Park, and are usually open on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. If you need to visit, please arrange beforehand with the shop volunteers
